Cash flow from royalties, advance royalties, and other mineral property payments provides ongoing revenue for EMX's sustainable growth and value creation
EMX invests in undervalued mineral property opportunities, with exit strategies that favor royalty positions, equity sales or cash flow
EMX supplements its organic royalty generation with the prudent acquisition of royalty interests when those can be found at favorable pricing valuations.
EMX Royalty Corp. has a diversified portfolio of precious, base and battery metals properties. EMX is utilizing cash payments received from the Leeville royalty and other cash flows to cover operating expenses and provide capital to take advantage of new business opportunities.
One of EMX's most important interests is the Brestovac royalty over the Timok project which covers the massive Cukaru Peki copper-gold deposit. The mine is currently under construction and according to operator Zijin Mining, is slated to commence production in 2021. The Cukaru Peki deposit consists of two zones; the upper zone currently under development, is comprised of high-grade, epithermal-style copper-gold mineralization, and the lower zone to be developed later, consists of a deeper body of porphyry-style copper-gold mineralization. EMX holds a 0.5% Net Smelter Royalty on both zones.
